Important Update to Our Auction Terms & Conditions
Classic Arms has updated our Auction Terms & Conditions to promote fairness, transparency, and protection for both buyers and sellers.
Key updates include:
- A revised buyer’s premium of 15% + VAT (17.25% total), now clearly displayed on each auction item, as well as on the cart and checkout pages.
- Clearer rules regarding last-minute bidding extensions, “Buy Now” purchases, and binding bid confirmations.
- A new Appeals Process to address any technical issues that may arise.
- Strengthened storage terms, consignor protections, and dispute resolution procedures to safeguard all parties involved.
- After the auction closes, our office will issue a single consolidated invoice covering all your auction items, the buyer’s premium, and applicable VAT. Payment in full is required within 7 calendar days of the auction’s close, by EFT or bank-cleared funds.
