078A-C053 – Japanese Model 1897 Type 30 Arisaka – Nagoya
Manufactured by Nagoya arsenal. This is the earlier Type 30 series with a flat bird’s head pommel, but straight type crossguard and contour wraparound grips secured by rivets. Bright fullered blade of 395mm, it is equipped with a steel scabbard. Good to good plus condition.
