083-F006-7.62mm R1/FN-Fal Rhodesian Bush War Service Rifle

An unmarked South African built type one R1 rifle with matching numbers to upper & lower receivers. Lack of markings was done to ensure “deniability” by SA authorities. Recognition is done by means of the Pretoria proof mark below the receiver. Typical Rhodesian aluminium replacement cocking handle, the SA built one did not stand up the Rhodesian “para-dropping” fireforce activity. Rhodesian bush war camo finish, rifle still retains a fair amount of camo. Fairly good bore.
