Barrel of 24″ (609,60mm) engraved “John Rigby & Co. 13-19 Pensbury Place London SW8”. Sight rib engraved “Rigby’s Special .416 Bore For Big Game”. The sidewall engraved “Mauser 98 Magnum Made in Germany”. Three position safety, recoil lugs, hinged straddle floorplate with push-button release, well-figured pistol grip stock with cheekpiece, steel pistol grip cap with provision for extra sight, sling swivels and 14 5/8″ L.O.P. over Silver’s type recoil pad and weight of 10lb 6oz (4,7kg). Includes “Rigby” marked leather sling. “As new”. New price is R435 000.
