101-F04-401 8x57mm Mauser “Afrika” Rifle By Mauserwerke Oberndorf
Manufactured 1936. Ribbed octagonal barrel of 28″ (711,2mm) with tangent type rear sight and integral ramp fore-sight. Wrap around chequering to fore-end of 3/4 length stock. Two panel chequeing to wrist, cheekpiece and horn Mauser marked buttplate. Rifle features a knurled receiver ring with Mauser banner to it. Matching numbers through-out. Good original condition, good bore.
