089-D02-361 .455 Webley 1917 Mark 6 Service 6″ Revolver

First taken into service in May 1915, the shape of the grip differed from previously found on marks 2-5. Excellent example with no “sold out of service” or civilian proof marks. Appears to be virtually unfired with slightly thinned orignal blue finish, more so on the cylinder. Vulcanite stockplated (grips) intact. Seldom found in such good condition.
