086-F03-560 12ga Jeffrey S/S Hammer Shotgun Pre-1898

A rather neat & good looking with 30″(762mm) barrels, marked to “W.J.Jeffery & Co. 13 King Street St.James’s London” and “Herakles Compound Gun Barrel Steel”. Fully engraved bar action sidelocks with scallops to receiver. Gun has a particularly well-figured walnut stock with semi-pistol grip and teardrops. L.O.P. is 15″(381mm). Greener type cross-bolt to action. Bores are excellent, lock-up is tight and a high % original finish still present.
