Built on the W.R Deeley Edge M1881 side-lever falling block action. Engraved borders to action which is marked “Westley Richards & Co. London”. Ribbed 28″ (711mm) barrel with original tunnel type fore-sight which is windage adjustable. Leaf and ladder rear sight. Wrap-around chequering to fore-end tip which features an ebony tip, 2-panel chequering to very well-figured butt with shadow-line cheekpiece, steel gripcap and steel buttplate. Gun has been professionally refurbished and is in extremely good condition with good bore.
