Adopted in 1957, production discontinued in 1983, approximately 600 000 rifles produced. Design based on the German Stg 45, rifle has a pressed steel receiver, folding bipod, synthetic butt, barrel jacket and muzzle which is designed to act as a grenade launcher and compensator. Barrel length of 23″ (584mm) and a twenty-four round box magazine. Includes issue leather sling. Good to good plus condition
