Classic English styled large caliber hunting rifle as used for dangerous game hunting in the mid 1800’s. Blued steel barrel of 29″, walnut stock with wrap-around chequering to fore-end, two-panel chequering to wrist and ebony grip & tip caps. Tang mounted hunting peep sight. Weight of 11,5lbs[5,2kg]. Current replacement cost in the order of R50 000. New.
