Key changes include a revised buyer’s premium of 15% + VAT (17.25% total), clearer rules on last-minute bidding extensions, “Buy Now” purchases, and binding bid confirmations, as well as a new Appeals Process for technical issues. Storage terms, consignor protections, and dispute resolution have also been strengthened to protect all parties.
