103-F03-238-12ga Darlow S/S Hammer Shotgun
Top rib of 30″ (762mm) barrel marked “W. Darlow Bedford England”. Darlow operated from premises in Midland Road Bedford and Guildhall Street, Cambridge ca. 1900. Nitro-proofed barrels are choked 1/2 and improved. Engraved bar action locks, Greener type cross-bolt. Flat-top chequering to semi-pistol grip wrist and fore-end. Stock has a 15″ L.O.P. Good bores, very good professionally refurbished condition. It is not often that one encounters a nitro-proofed, working hammer gun.
