The Slazenger Model 1A (historically produced by the government-owned Lithgow Small Arms Factory in Australia) is a vintage, highly durable post-WWII bolt-action rimfire rifle.
Caliber: .22 Long Rifle (LR).
Action: Manual-cocking, single-shot bolt action.
Stock Material: Historically crafted from Australian Coachwood.
Trigger: Mounted directly to the action mechanism rather than pinned inside the wood stock.
Iron Sights: Rear open V-leaf sight adjustable in 25-yard increments, paired with a dovetailed front post sight.
Safety System: Relies on a manual cocking piece at the rear of the bolt that must be pulled back by hand to prime the firing pin.
