100-D02-113 7.65mm Luger Mod 1900 Pistol – Holster

Original Luger model 1900 commercial pistol in 7.65mm Luger caliber manufactured by DWM. Pistol has all the unique features of the 1900 commercial model, such as the grip safety, slender 4,75″ (120,65mm) barrel, flat-top bolt, dished toggles with toggle lock mechanism, fixed rear sights, walnut grips and salt blue finish. Marked “DWM” on toggle. Matching numbers throughout on all parts of the pistol even down to the wooden grips and the grip safety. Correct wooden base magazine which was un-numbered on this model. Pistol is 100% original and in excellent condition with 90% original blueing remaining, all straw-coloured parts correct, chequered wooden grips perfect. Complete with original leather holster marked “G.A.McPhee, Roedtan” on inside of flap and holding a spare magazine. This model was the first true Luger pistol produced and is very rare as only around six thousand were manufactured. (Start Bid : R30000 Hi Estimate: R39500)
