Serial number 9280. “M1865″ to breech of barrel open sights to 20” (508mm) barrel, sling bar and swivel to left hand side, sling swivel to underside of butt. Made 1865-66. Rifle has the “Stabler cut-off” fitted forward of the trigger which to allow for use as a single shot. Good condition including bore.
