095-F03-496 12ga William Powell S/S Patent Snap-Action “Bar-In-Wood” Hammer Shotgun – Cased

In hard canvas finished canvas leather trimmed case. Damascus 30″ (762mm) black powder proofed barrels choked 1/2 & Improved, straight English wrist with a 15″ L.O.P. over chequered horn buttplate. Scroll engraving to bar action locks which are marked to “William Powell & Son”. W.Powell’s patent top-lever snap action. Chequering worn fore-end, tight action, some light pitting to bores. Barrels display a fair mount of Damascus colour to them. Fairly good overall condition.
