095-D02-325 9mmp Mauser Broomhandle “Red 9” Service Pistol – Shoulder Stock/Holster

Red “9” cut into the grips. Very shallow panels milled into the frame on both sides. Matching numbers throughout including stock. Additional “Jan Smuts” added to pistol in terms of FCA of 1937. Original peacock blue still quite pronounced to extractor, rear sight slide etc. Approximately 150 000 examples produced between 1916 and 1918. Scarce. Stock in good condition, pistol has a small area of light pitting to bottom left hand side of frame.
