092-F05-709 .577/450 Martini Henry Sporting Rifle by Clabrough & Johnstone
Ribbed 28″ (711.2mm) barrel with leaf and ladder rearsight. Chequered fore-end with horn tip. Rifle is built on the later MK4 type action with safety lever to right hand side of action. Rifle has an incorrect replacement military type butt which is in fairly poor condition. Heavy varnish protective coating to woodwork. A suitable restoration project?
