A break-open double action revolver adopted in 1932. The Mark 1 was manufactured with the hammer spur and single action lock work omitted for use by armoured vehicle troops. Ribbed wooden grips, frame marked “Enfield No. 2 Mk 1 1940” around crown insignia. Lanyard loop to grip. “WD” to round brass butt roundel. Good plus original condition.
